Ø A: Yes! New customers should opt for Dynaflex II Go for all new merchants, as it supports contactless payments and is a more advanced, future-proof device. eDynamo will soon be discontinued, so switching to Dynaflex II Go ensures long-term compatibility.

Q2: I currently use eDynamo with custom integration. Can I upgrade to Dynaflex II Go?

Ø A: Yes! If you're using custom integration with eDynamo, we strongly recommend upgrading to Dynaflex II Go. Contact your integration team or Forte support to ensure a smooth transition.

Q3: Can I use Dynaflex II Go with Forte Checkout (FCO)?

Ø A: Yes! If you're using Forte Checkout, choose Dynaflex II Go instead of eDynamo to support contactless payments and future updates.

Q4: Does Dynaflex II Go support multiple connection types?

Ø A: Yes, it supports USB and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), making it compatible with a wide range of devices, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
